We require a 28-day notice period for residents planning to move out. Our dedicated team is available to assist with the transition and provide any additional support or information needed.

We offer a diverse range of activities, including group and one-on-one sessions, such as arts & crafts, music therapy, and sensory activities. These are tailored to promote residents’ physical, mental and emotional health, especially for those living with dementia.

We prioritise the ongoing training and development of our dementia care team at Thornfield Care Home. Our staff receive regular training to stay current with the latest care techniques. We ensure they have the necessary experience and knowledge to provide comprehensive care, including assistance with personal care, activities, therapies, communication, mobility and medication management.
